Placards form

The Placards form enables you to indicate the container's placard status and enter up to six hazardous placards.

To add or edit placards:

1. If the container has hazardous placards, select the HAS PLACARDS check box.

2. From the Placards drop-down lists, select up to six hazard placards for the selected container.

3. Optionally, from the GRD and MAT lookup lists, select the grade and material for the selected container.

4. Click to add the information to the inspection record and return to the previous form.

To cancel the transaction and return to the previous form, click .

To log out of the Gate Inspection program: Select Alt+3 two times or select F3 if you're using Teklogix.
